Master chef Nooror Somany Steppe has created a White Christmas menu at both Blue Elephants in Bangkok and Phuket. Enjoy santol sorbet topped with mangosteen wine, turkey massaman with chestnuts, rock lobster in black pepper sauce, chili tilapia and garlic iceberg lettuce, followed by jasmine and chestnut cake with coconut ice cream and jasmine tea or Thai mountain coffee. Mini Thai desserts conclude the festive menu. Santa Claus will also be on hand to greet and surprise diners with gifts.
