Bhumin Jagota, sales manager of Jagota Brothers Trading, an importer of gourmet food, together with Water Library indulged guest executive chefs with an array of beef delicacies. Held at Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket's Mare restaurant, the luncheon featured such specialties as tuna and beef oyster blade and a different take on beef tongue and scallops. Haikal Johari, award-winning chef de cuisine at Water Library in Bangkok, helped Mare's Sandro Aguilera prepare the delicious dishes at the elegant restaurant.
